Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, and your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Escalate complex customer issues to appropriate teams or managers as needed
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and issues
- Continuously update customer database and keep records curren
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer support software and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
