Head of Business Development

Job Summary:

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and expand our client base.

As Head of Business Development, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute business development strategies, oversee partnerships, and ensure that growth objectives are consistently met.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with prospective clients
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on initiatives
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry forums

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and trends
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
  • Willingness to travel as needed
