Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives and expand our client base.
As Head of Business Development, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define and execute business development strategies, oversee partnerships, and ensure that growth objectives are consistently met.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets

- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with prospective clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
